1. Introduction: 

ELDAAS Technologies Pvt Ltd, referred hereinafter as “ELDAAS” or “we/us/our” understands the privacy issues on the Internet. ELDAAS is committed to safeguard the privacy of information of all its stake holders and visitors to its website. We do not collect any personal information without the consent of the visitors to the site and we use such information only for the purpose for which it is meant, which is mainly to provide information to the visitors and carrying out necessary communications for business interactions. This document gives the details of our privacy policy which is in line with the principles of General Data Protection Regulations of EU(GDPR) and California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA).

2. Information received/collected by ELDAAS 

In general, anyone can visit our website without informing us the personal details or any information about themselves. We use online tools to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed etc. This information is used to analyze the utility of our website and to improve the information provided on our website. 

When you visit our site, it amounts to your unconditional acceptance to collect your domain names. At times, we need information about you such as, your first name, last name, name of your company, Job title or designation, e-mail id, address, contact telephone numbers, etc.  We collect this information through mail correspondence or when you fill up online forms on our website, as provided by you with your consent.  

3. Use of your personal data by ELDAAS:

 The personal information we collect is used by us  only to  communicate with you, respond to your enquiry, process an offer or an order or provide you the information you want about our products and services, maintain data base of our customers and or prospective customers, to take necessary steps to execute the service/deliver the product ordered by you on us, protect the security and safety of the website, and for communicating with you about our offers and new products/updates.  You can sign up for e-mail subscriptions and choose whether you wish to receive promotional communications from ELDAAS or not. We also conduct data analysis to enable us to understand the satisfaction levels and improve our performance. Please note that we will use your data as per this policy and as permitted by law only.

If you believe that we hold any incomplete or inaccurate data about you, you have the right to ask us to correct and/or complete the information, and we will strive to update/correct it.  

If you create an online account with us, you will be able to modify and update your own personal information by logging into your user account.

Personal data collected by ELDAAS may be stored and processed in your region or in India The storage location(s) are chosen to operate efficiently, improve performance, and create redundancies to protect the data in the event of an outage or any other problem. We take steps to ensure that the data we collect under this privacy policy is processed according to the provisions of this Policy and additional requirements if any of applicable law wherever the data is located.
