Return Shipment Policy
The products with in 180days after delivery and having no user-made damages are eligible for repairs.
Initially customer must contact support team of ELDAAS for resolution to the problem online.
If support team is unable to solve the issue online, then only, Support team will issue RMA number after validating the issue.
With RMA number only, customer can download RMA form, which has to be sent along with the product for repair.
The board to be repaired, RMA form along with supporting documents for shipping only are to be shipped to ELDAAS. ELDAAS will
not take any responsibility for any other material.
The inward and outward shipping cost is to be borne by the customer. The customer shall pay for the additional costs arising if any,
due to inappropriate/incomplete documentation during the shipment
Repairing or replacing the returned product is at the sole discretion of ELDAAS
Based on the complexity of the issue, ELDAAS normally intimates the time for repair.
ELDAAS may decide to offer replacement at discounted price.
ELDAAS reserves the right to refuse any RMA returns without an RMA number, with incomplete Product or documentation
After the completion of RMA procedure; the software/firmware on the products shall have factory default Software
Customers will be liable for loss or damage caused by their shipping carrier, while sending products to ELDAAS. In such a scenario the
RMA request shall be void.
